The Information System for Receiving Applications for Access to Key Capacity began operating on September 2, 2025. Therefore, starting September 2, 2025, the submission of applications for oil refining contracts and accompanying documents, as well as correspondence regarding the receipt of applications and the conclusion of oil refining contracts at Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery (POCR) LLP, will be conducted electronically through the specified information system via the direct link https://contract.kmg.kz followed by the subsequent submission to Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP of a package of notarized hard copies of the documents attached to the application.
