Pouzyryov was born in 1976. Graduate of the Toraigyrov Pavlodar state university, engineer, chemist-technologist. 

He staretd his career at the Pavlodar Oil and Chemistry Refinery (POCR) in 1998 as the operator of technological installations of bitumen (a complex of heavy oil residue). He later became engineer and chief of the technical department.

Since 2010 worked as the chief manager of technical policy department, general manager of the department of development of oil refining and oil and chemistry, as deputy director of assets management department of refining and oil and chemistry at the national company “KazMunaiGas LLP.”

In 2013 he was appointed head of the department of capital construction and modernization, then chief specialist in the design and working documentation, managing director for technical support of management development and modernization and then the first deputy director general for development and modernization of the POCR. Since January 2016 – POCR deputy general director for development and modernization.

He has been awarded the KAZENERGY medal and certificate of honor, jubilee medals “30 years of the refinery,” “35 years of the refinery,” “30 years of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products” and “70 years of Atyrau Oil Refinery.”
