Zyablitsev was born in Pavlodar in 1954. In 1973 he graduated from the Pavlodar Montage College with a degree in “installation of metal and reinforced concrete structures.” In 2004 he graduated from the Pavlodar Chemical and Mechanical College with a degree in “processing of oil and gas” (qualification – technician-technologist).
Before POCR he worked as the installer of 4th category in Pavlodar, managing the trust “Kazstalmontazh,” later as a greaser of 2nd category at the Pavlodar TP “Transselhoztehnika,” then as a driver in the motor transport enterprise No. 1.
His employment history at the POCR began in 1983, he started working in the position of the operator of technological installations of 5th category in the installation of production of sulfur in the technology shop No. 4. In 1987, he transferred to take up the job of a t/y operator in the technology department No. 3 (CT-1) that specialized in advanced processing of sulfur and heavy fuel oil, at section 300 (absorption and gas fractionation plant), where he worked before retiring. In February 1996, he was transferred to the position of the t/y operator of 6th category and headed team No. 4.
After working for over 13 years as a senior operator, Zyablitsev became one of the first operators with the 6th category and decided to voluntarily transfer to the position of the operator of technological installations of 5th category. Thereby he gave young professionals the opportunity for professional growth. At the same time, he continued to share his knowledge and priceless work experience with the youth.
His colleagues remember Zyablitsev as a good brigadier, decent, very good and modest man, an avid fisherman and a good joker.
Zyablitsev worked for more than 33 years at the POCR. He was awarded the Honorary Diploma from the akim of the Pavlodar region, the medal ‘Mynai gas keshenіn damytuga koskan ulesі ushin,’ Letter of appreciation from the POCR director general, commemorative medals: “30 years of the refinery” and “35 years of the refinery.” In 2009, for high professionalism his photo was placed on the refinery’s board of honor.
